BING Wines, May 4-5 Barolo


 The very first festival by Ian D'Agata dedicated to Italian quality wineries producing great wines from Native Grapes

BING“Best Italian Native Grapes and Wines” will see its first edition next May, in collaboration with Associazione Piedmont Good Wines and an important Collisioni partner: Cia Cuneo. A brand-new event, open to wide public and expecially to professionals and wine-lovers from all over the world, ideated by Ian D'Agata for Collisioni Festival, that, for its first edition, will see more than 100 wineries participating from all over Italy.

May, 4 and 5, 2019, the ancient village of Barolo, symbol of Italian wine all over the world, will become a crossroad of excellence enologic culture, based on Italian Native Wine Grapes.
Some of the most influential and of the best producers of Italy will be invited, upon choice of Ian D'Agata himself. Producers, wineries that helped in saving, helping, broadcasting the culture of specific Italian wine grapes, by transforming them into wines appreciated all over the world.

Barolo Castle's courtyard, with a very special fittin, will be transformed in a stage that will offer to the professionals and the wide public, thanks to tastings and meeting with producers, the wines produced with great native grapes, from Valle d'Aosta to Puglia, from Piemonte to Veneto to Sicilia.

A unique initiative, for both professionals and wine lovers from all over Italy and abroad, to taste wines from grapes that are the most typical, most characteristic or most original, for sure, most representative of Italian viticultural richness. 

The initiative is part of the Project and Festival Indigena: a series of activities and initiatives thought to promote the knowledge and valorization of Italian native wine grapes and wines.
